It’s with much sadness to share that my dear friend Dr Mark Sandford passed away last night, Monday, 24 June 2024.
I don't have words that can do this amazing human being justice, well-known for his kindness, generosity and integrity. My heart goes out to his loved ones at this very difficult time.

There are so many things I will miss about you Dr Mark. A beautiful soul to have had the pleasure of knowing and being one of our dearest friends. A wonderful caring man full of goodness, kindness, loyalty and integrity. Thank you for the chats, your witty sense of humour, infectious laugh, the trips together especially when you called me Steve McQueen for my driving skills interstate and your gracious compliments “oh you look lovely, Sophia!” (Loren) It was fun, inspiring and an honour to have shared life with you personally and professionally.
