Chief Financial & Operating Officer
- 20+ years of strategic and financial leadership in energy exploration, renewables, technology and health care.
- Extensive experience in renewable energy financing and debt structuring as a Licensed Broker/Dealer, securing funding amounts ranging from $2 million to $130 million.
- Spearheaded the fundraising, strategic planning, and operational improvements as Managing Partner at Capital CFO Partners.
- Directed finance and strategy in various roles at Sodexo, a global service solutions provider, focusing on data-driven decision-making and technology adoption.
- MBA in Health Sector Management from Duke University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

- As an Army officer, Jim commanded an Infantry Battalion, a UN Brigade in East Timor; and was the Commandant, Army Command and Staff College.
