Shipping policy

When you place an order, you select the shipping rate applicable to your location. Please select the rate that most matches your delivery address. We reserve the right to adjust the rate if the chosen rate is not applicable.

We insure your goods when in transit on your behalf. There is no additional cost to you for this service. We are entirely restricted to the Insurance Company's decisions as to any and all claims. 

We normally ship using Pack & Send. The EnRG G2 may not be shipped to a private address. It must be shipped to a business address or to the nearest Pack & Send store for collection. To deliver to a residential address incurs a $150 premium which we are trying to help you avoid!
